What exactly is a Heartprint?

A Heartprint is leaving your legacy, your special contribution to the world.  And I can’t take credit for coming up with the concept.  To the best of my knowledge, Tommy Spaulding coined the term in The Heart-Led Leader.  If you’ve never heard of Tommy Spaulding, google him.  He has done amazing work within the youth leadership arena. His book is a great read for those of us that want to make a difference, or as he terms it, leave our Heartprint on the world.

I realized after reading his book that I loved helping my fellow entrepreneurs travel through the entrepreneurial space with less pain than I have done.  And I also realized that I LOVE helping people that want to help people.  It’s all about Heart for me.

So the real question is, what have you been putting off that keeps coming back when you think about starting a business or a nonprofit?
